Programs covering AS9100D, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Lean, TPM, GD&T, blueprint reading, PLC fundamentals and forklift awareness — alongside leadership on the floor, because most quality escapes are supervision problems. Patient safety and device quality both rest on demonstrable training. What you get is the training aligned to that subject matter, an assessment that measures whether someone actually absorbed it, a credential with a verification trail, and the evidence pack that shows an assessor the work was done. Whether your operation then satisfies a given standard is between you and whoever audits you.
We would rather say that plainly than let you find out during an assessment.
