Frequently asked questions
Are you a certification authority?
No, and we would rather say so plainly than let you find out during an assessment. Vigilimate AI provides the training and the tools. We are not the certification body for any standard named on this site, and completing a program here is not the same as being certified by the body that owns it.
What does it cost?
Per-seat plans start at $15 per user per month, with a three-program bundle at $30 and the Standards and Compliance Suite at $45. Site licenses start at $1,500 a month, and a single named credential is $249 one time.
How does someone prove they completed a program?
Completion issues a credential with a public verification link, so a customer, an auditor or an insurer can check it without taking your word for it.
What happens when a credential expires?
Assignments, reminders and expiry tracking run on their own, so nobody discovers a lapsed credential during an audit.
Can we sell it under our own brand?
Yes. Agencies and partners can resell Vigilimate AI under their own brand, with their clients on the platform and their name on it.
