Where proving competence is not optional.

Six operations we are already deep in

Chosen because the catalog is deepest here, not because they sound impressive.

Manufacturing

Quality systems assume a trained operator, and auditors ask you to prove it. Programs covering AS9100D, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Lean, TPM, GD&T, blueprint reading, PLC fundamentals and forklift awareness, alongside leadership on the floor, because most quality escapes are supervision problems. **The oversight problem:** competence lives in people who have been there twenty years and is documented nowhere.

Healthcare & life sciences

Patient safety and device quality both rest on demonstrable training. Programs covering ISO 13485 medical device quality and risk, healthcare quality and patient safety, healthcare operations and supply chain, policy, law and ethics. **The oversight problem:** clinical judgement cannot be automated, so the boundary between what AI handles and what a person must own has to be explicit and evidenced.

Financial services

The regulator asks who approved it and what they knew. Programs covering DORA, OFAC with AML, KYC and sanctions, SOX 404 and COSO internal control, the SEC cyber disclosure rule, and risk management. **The oversight problem:** as more of the operation runs on models, sign-off becomes the only human control left, and a signature is not the same as understanding.

Construction & the built environment

Safety and information management are both auditable. Programs covering ISO 19650 BIM information management, construction management from foundations through safety, sustainable design and building automation. **The oversight problem:** a workforce that is mostly not at a desk, on sites that change weekly, which is exactly why credential checks have to travel.

Logistics & distribution

Compliance obligations follow the freight. Programs covering business continuity (ISO 22301), risk management (ISO 31000), quality systems and the security standards that come with moving other people's goods. **The oversight problem:** exception handling is the job, and exceptions are where undertrained judgement costs the most.

Energy, utilities & OT

Operational technology carries its own regime. Programs covering IEC 62443 for OT and ICS security, NERC CIP, NIST CSF 2.0, plus GHG and carbon accounting under ISO 14064 for the reporting side. **The oversight problem:** the people supervising industrial control systems are rarely the people who wrote the security policy.
